For what in particular?

There was the advent calendar app thingy that gave you different offers every day up to Christmas, one day gave you a damned good deal of £100 off an iMac!

Otherwise, expect the usual few bargain deals in store on boxing day of course...

Not exactly a fast moving product, so wouldn't expect one if I'm honest...

I might be surprised though!

Do tell more about the MacBook.......

Store I work in part time (I'm back at uni, no chuckling at the back) had 26 13" MacBookPro's, custom spec (larger HD than standard), delivered late on Friday afternoon...

We usually get about 3 or 4 a week delivered... Read into that what you will! I checked delivery stock on other local stores too, and most of them had got some in too... Like I said, might be time to buy a new MacBookPro tomorrow if you were after one.

I'm looking at replacing my 80Gb 5G iPod Video with a new 160Gb one, John Lewis cheapest I can find at around £175, but out of stock. Bu99er!
Maybe Curries or PC World will have some offers tomorrow.

You'll be lucky, nowhere in the country that I know of has had any stock for ages (not just currys/PC World). It is well known amongst the Apple rumour sites that Apple has been planning on killing off the iPod Classic for some time, and though it hasn't officially announced it is doing so, the stock has dried up.

So basically, if you see one on eBay for a good price, buy it. It'll be your last chance probably!

Yeah it's not quite as good as the £999 i7 machines they were doing the other week (old stock) that I managed to score one of, but a special version of the i5 machine with upgraded hard drive and possibly RAM (though I'm not sure) for the same price as the normal machine. Not as much of a bargain as I thought it might be initially, but still it's a slightly better machine for the same money and they've got quite a few of them to sell...

Not even the ones I was playing with in the Bath Apple store on Wednesday afternoon?
Lots of places list stock, it's just that John Lewis is the cheapest.

I wouldn't. I've got too much obsolete, unsupported technology as it is.

wait for OS2 for native email, or sideload android. and as my ipad friend said last week, how did you get bbc radioplayer running?

to be honest, it depends what you want it for. mine syncs perfectly with my blackberry, carries a mirror of my work laptop files and surfs the web. that's all i need.
