anyone got any good ideas or tips? about time i updated mine, been a few years and with the way things are going, i may need a good one next year!

Tailor it to the job. Then post it on here for constructive criticism/spell checking. But if you've not got a job in mind write a long one with everything you think it relevant. Then you can edit it once you see a job spec.
