Right
for years I have been a pretty light eater, always eat well but not massively. I weigh about 68 or 10 8 in old money. Anyway recently I have been keeping a record of my calories and I reckon I struggle to hit 2000 or 2100 at most. I'm never hungry and to eat more than that and get anywhere near 2500 I have to seriously stuff myself till I feel sick.
The problem is if I have a big day out, or multiple days, which I do a lot, i usually feel pretty terrible afterwards through calorie deficit. So my question is, is 2000 calories enough and is there anyway of upping my intake without doing a mr creosote?
