Foolishly i played a 11 a-side match yesterday, the full back kneed me mid thigh, been in pain since, any good cures?

Stretch afterwards next time? Rest, ice, elevation, massage..

Alternatively, man up and walk it off. Never played the dead leg game?

EDIT: Actually thinking about it ice might not be right, maybe it's heat. Hmmm. HTH.

I believe the advice I got at school was "be a big boy about it". Might apply here, might not ๐Ÿ™‚

AAAHHH the famous STW bedside manner...still in pain, any real Docs out there!!!???

Might start on the Red wine to ease the pain...

Red wine will be a good start. Hot bath might work. Combining the two...

Feel I am grade 2?

RICE would have been good at the time but was in the sticks with no access to Ice had to drive home lifting the leg by hand to change gears!!!
