[Closed] Annual organisational IT spend

Hi all, could do with some info regarding IT spend in your organisation if you know or can find out. What is your annual IT spend and the size of your user base? Also, how often do you replace the equipment and is it outright purchase or lease? Do you have a preferred supplier? Reason I'm asking is that I'm trying to justify my IT spend. I work in a University Engineering Department where we need the highest computing power available but I'm sensitive to the cost of it all.

Holly Molly ! 20K per person per year ?

We spend about £100M a year on 10K office and 73K store workers.
