Molgrips - its the building my flat is a part of. A listed tenement. Teh 8 month £400 000 restoration under statutory notice has now lasted over 3 years and costs are over a million and a half. Teh supervising architect has no grip on reality, is a liar, and is incompetent

Not sure how that works, but I'm glad I figure in TJ's "annoying people" spectrum cos he doesn't even register on my scale of anything.

The only people that really annoy me are the shit drivers I come across on the roads. Irritating ****ts like Moyles/Westwood/Clarkson et al get switched off so don't get a chance to bug me.
