OK, it's here online for you to download.

MODS - Chipps had suggested making this sticky for a while?

It's almost been fun, but I'm now flouncing off the iDave-STW diet merry-go-round. I won't be discussing it here in future. If anyone has any questions, they can email me, though I may not answer. It's not snake-oil, Atkins, rabbit food, for-sale, common sense, or calorie controlled. It's just effective. So long and thanks for all the fish.

iDave I saw you're offering a new reduced rate training plan? Can I have details? Or shall I email your 'work' address?

I am slightly confused by one thing though, and I think this is a nice "diet". The one day a week thing... I could eat as many calories in one day in chocolate as I could lose by not eating AT ALL all week. So I presume some common sense it so be applied ๐Ÿ˜€

Yes, you could EAT that many calories, but you won't gain that much weight.

The body is a lot more complicated than the 'calories in vs calories out' bleaters would have you believe. You give it calories, and what it does with them depends on a massive range of factors.

Almost certainly firewall/proxy related - sugarsync is a personal cloud storage site, blacklisted by many - try the link as normal http and you might get a proper error.

Doesn't work for me from work, but I'll grab it later, thanks iDave.

I'd highly recommend reading the 4 hour body

[img] [/img]

he explains in the book that red wine didn't have a detrimental effect on weight loss but beer, cider, spirits and white wine did.

It's a bit of a self help/bodybuiler book, but the science is very interesting. You can skip the 'how to bulk up' chapters if you want ๐Ÿ™‚

Bnd - beans and sausages.

Or anything else. Doesn't have to be specific breakfast food.

Sorry if this has been asked, but what are you supposed to eat on, say, a 4hr training run?

Something with easily absorbable carbs. This could be anything from haribo to gels.
