Been off work today, felt sick and had a dose last night, woke up this morning and felt rough a a badgers......about 2 hours ago while in the shower i had a big dizzy turn, felt like i was falling backwards.
Now i'm bored senseless, Trekkies documenary, watched 10 minutes and deleted, same as the Rough Trade
Any ideas what towatch?

Turn the TV off, put the radio or stereo on and sit somewhere comfortable with a cup of tea. Actually listening to music is the most restful thing to do I find.
