S****horpe.

I quite like the French town of Bitche as well. Particularly if you say it with an earthy Gallic accent.

Chevin Cycles in Otley is on Gay Lane and coming home from the Morvelo Citycross, went past Straight Lane in Halifax. Just need to find By Lane and I've got the set

Is that on the Pilgrims Way up through the North Downs? I recognise that little 'tree tunnel'

It's just next to Shire Lane running from Green Street Green to Keston.....so near the North Downs (ish)

Slack Bottom in Huddersfield, as well as a Solid.

Stainland always draws a smile from outsiders.

Pisser Clough (back up near Hebden,)
http://streetmap.co.uk/place/Pisser_Clough_in_Calderdale_405611_544611.htm
and it's near neighbour Shitten Clough. ), you need a 1:25,000 to find them

Bolton Percy always strikes me as needing a hyphen.

Norfolk has a Clenchwarton, which always strikes me as a good euphemism for piles.

Ofter ride past cottagers lane, ironically on the way to Manfield.

Never been tempted to detour.

I used to drive through a village called Touchen End which always made me smile.

Shingy-Cum-Wendy was always good for a giggle as well.

All in a four mile radius of the Flats of Kippen.

Apart from crop circles, and Avebury, there's obviously wierd stuff going on in North Wiltshire that warps time and space, this sign is in Goatacre, near RAF Lyneham:

Near Ugley is Much Hadham

I was driving through Canal Street in Manchester's gay village and some wag had painted out the C and the S. Very droll.
