I wouldn’t want to be walking anywhere near Spurs’ training ground.
I live quite close and plan to cycle past a few times over xmas, I do where a helmet but even so, I'll be on the lookout.
Just to add, I had a bit of a moment earlier and had to walk upstairs to er, a work meeting.
Mrs K's Ambulance mate popped round because Mrs K has made some chocolate flapjack for her to dish out to her colleagues on Christmas Eve. She's on strike, but curiously was wearing her uniform, and I asked why.
"Because my morals don't extend to ignoring a Cat 1 call, regardless of the size of my pay packet..."
Flippin' 'eck.
Yup. Life threatening cases are still being covered, a change in law means they have to be.
Leaving the house.
Stet that, I’m perfectly capable of injuring myself badly within the house!
Phew, made it back from the pub with fish and chips for two and a mushy peas.
All intact.

And that unfortunately is exactly what the Gov has been trading on for the past decade and some. That those in the caring professions have a moral compass. Whereas the Tory Gov don't give a sh1t about providing a public service to normal people because they don't have to use it themselves. Same with education, public transport, etc etc.
Yet unfortunately there's a sufficiently large number in this country that vote for them (and read shiite like the Scum, the Daily Heil, etc and take it all in).
Around this time of year I like to play a trick on my roofer neighbour. I pop round when he’s not in and lather up all his ladders with Vaseline.
So thanks workshy ambulance drivers, another Christmas tradition gone this year.
