Am I the only person who can hear Hard Fi's "Weekend" and wants a Carling?

Depends where you live psychle, Brighton Pier if you're in the SE.
Although you better hurry as they reckon starling numbers are down about 90% ๐Ÿ™

I have seen this above the M74, just north of Gretna. It was probably in October last year.

I suspect the season and the nature of the sunset has something to do with it.

Psychle; there's loads of them that flock at sunset, at Battersea Bridge. I've stood and watched that a few times; it's fantastic.

It's a good one to ride to, then a pint after. I felt really chilled out after watching it.

If you watch the link on my post above, you'll seen that the flying is a behaviour that has evolved.

Yes, I understand the evolved behavior, I don't understand the use of the question mark.

Saw them on the old Brighton pier when it was just about still standing. Very impressive!

I believe that the question mark denotes that it is a question ?

btw, I don't understand the lack of a letter 'u' in behaviour - what's that about then ?
