She's done a right job on one of the alloys on her new car. Anyone know of any good alloy wheel repairers in Edinburgh or thereabouts?

What's the point? Sounds like she'll only do it again!

I'd kind of agree with retrotom. Unless you're selling it, whats the point...

Have you moved yet?

LOL @ GW

I had some done for £20 each but only paint and that was on top of £300 other work.

No idea in Edinburgh but there is a really good repairer in Airdrie - near the football stadium - reasonably priced but do some real excellent work... http://www.wheelservices.co.uk/ - not sure if that is any use...

CLCM in Sighthill might be worth a shout

You can try talking to Browns Body Services. Friendly and honest, if they can't do it (which I doubt) they will know someone who can.

Kwik Fit in Fountainbridge will do it, unsure of price or quality though.

You need a 'frame servicing technician'. I think there is one on here who also does car stuff.

Alloy Wheel Repairs, aka Ace Performace Cars down in Carnwath (clicky) have done a very good job, at a decent price, for me before. Repairing alloys on second-hand cars I bought, before you ask 😉

Try NewLife Tyres. They might be able to help.
