Hi girls, Bikey here. I did offer to show you ladies and any other hangers on around the Forest of Dean for the Weekend. The offer still stands but I may be away Bike Guiding in Greece by May. I will let you know if I have got the job. If so how do you fancy a long weekend riding some dry, dusty and sweet trails in Greece?

Matt

Thanks Andy for the kind offer. We've just surfaced, still with hangovers, and just trying to remember what happened last night ๐Ÿ˜ณ

Fred - thanks for your kind words and concern.

No riding today ๐Ÿ˜ฅ

Sounds like you both had a nasty visit from the Booze Monster, who came and stole your money and bashed you over the head! ๐Ÿ˜‰

water trough (so Rudeboy can splash away whilst singing happy birthday to you both)

๐Ÿ˜ฏ

So, did Aleigh get her fry-up then, or what?

Is reading a safe place to venture out, yet?

How did you end up at Reading Services anyway, Aleigh? Did you stagger there in a drunken haze? And how did you become separated? Was it a bit messy?

Oh dear.

RB; got a nice text from Aliegh admitting she was talking bollocks (for a change). Next time it shall fall on deaf ears, deaf ears I tell thee. [Slightly jealous]Sounds like a cracking night though[/slightly jealous].

How was the urban exploration then RB?

Surely a birthday ride should be done in your birthday suit?

I have to be frank here - Aleigh really is a bad influence and I just end up going along with her suggestions for clubbing. I'm certainly no disco diva but I do like to "do my thang" on the dancefloor and apparently caused no end of embarrassment by my moves ๐Ÿ˜ณ Just had too much vino really!

Hair of the dog time now though as there just happened to be another bottle of wine lying around with a corkscrew next to it, it was rude not to!

Thanks for the suggestions for our birthday ride but I don't do camping. I'm not a ruffty tuffty type of girlie so need a little B & B to recuperate, am quite fragile really (if anyone says differently, just ignore them).

Folk have been really nice with lots of ideas and offers, we're spoilt for choice now ๐Ÿ˜€

Fred - we may have been well-behaved or we may not, neither of us can remember what happened. Aleigh seemed to think that she could summon a taxi from the M4 motorway services but goodness knows how she ended up there. Think we got split up leaving the casino with a pair of hedgies 8)

๐Ÿ˜† Aliegh how did you know, were you lurking outside the window then! ๐Ÿ˜†

Still my quiet night in meant 6 hours riding today. What a lovely day!

A thought for your BD weekend; how about a campsite outside minehead. Evening bbq, fire. Great riding on/around dunkery beacon and a bit of seaside as well. No nightclubs though ๐Ÿ˜•

EDIT: Just saw the no camping bit. Oops!

I'm a classy kind of gal as the Southern Shandy Drinkers will tell you ๐Ÿ˜†

I've been to Rhayader and the bike shop! Walked part of the Monk's Trod in torrential rain - nice! The riding would be very tough around there.
