Can I carry on a tin of sticky toffee pudding?
why?
Never tried that, but have taken steak & kidney as hold luggage before.
Dont forget the tinned custard.
I was told by someone that Christmas puddings resemble plastic explosives on security scanners, not sure what your pud will look like!
If you are unsure, pack it in the hold luggage.
We were away over Christmas and I packed a couple of wine boxes, some gravy granules, coffee, tea, almond essence, cooking chocolate, dishwasher tablets etc etc in the hold and had no problems.
I'm not sure at what point airport security deems something to be a solid rather than a liquid, but judging by the jars at security in stansted, marmite falls into the liquid category.
