I realise it's no fun. This year seems worse in the media but there is no difference to every other year.
What's the chances that the congestion charge will be raised, Industry will be taxed and car drivers will be raped once more?
The majority of this pollution comes from Europe and will be gone soon.
The clean air produced by the uk will be sent over for some luck bugger to breathe.
