We need some new cartridges for our Lexmark printer.
The Lexmark ones are expensive and don't last long.
Does anyone know any decent & reliable aftermarket/refill suppliers?

Amazon. Go there, type in your printer name, buy extremely cheap cartridges.

Don't buy them, false economy in the long run when they leak and clog up the printer.
