Bought a laptop for my neice at Xmas, already been 'fixed' once, now it won't switch on, and one of the mouse pad buttons is broken.
Of course we got the usual flannel from Currys when we took it back, apparently they only do exchanges or refunds up to 28 days. We're looking for a replacement product, they suggested they could only send it back to the manufacturer as my warranty was with them now, the manager halpfully added that it would be quicker if we sent it back ourselves!
Anyhow what info should I go armed with when I go back?

Ensure you've wiped any dodgy material off it before sending.

Make sure you turn up on Saturday, around lunchtime
