I've had some from Ikea where a bit screws to the cabinet/cupboard and a bit to the wall then the two are clamped together such that you can adjust the position to get things exactly level.ย  To save having to go all the way to Ikea I'd like to check in B&Q or similar - what are they called?ย  Are they a generic thing?ย  Must be.

Not sure of their real name but type "cabinet hangers" into ebay or google will get you what you're looking for.

That'll do the job. I've got exactly the same fitting on my kitchen cabinets which carry a fair bit of weight.

Presumably those two holes conceal adjustment grub screws and move the position of that clip sticking out of the back?

Yep, one adjusts vertically and the other draws the cabinet in closer to the wall.
