Conversation in the pub earlier, which actors have appeared in the most good films and/or the least shit ones.

I suspect it may be Harrison Ford.

We are just watching The Terminal, with yet another good turn by Tom Hanks. He's got to be up there.

Edit - apart from You've Got Mail, or Sleepless in Seattle.

I suspect it may be Harrison Ford.

This does not make him a good actor.

I was going to say Harry Dean Stanton

I used to believe that If Harry dean Stanton is in a film you can be sure it's at least worth a watch . However I've just checked IMDB and he's in loads of shit

Harrison Ford is in raiders 4 and cowboys vs aliens

Elias Koteas.

Not a big name but has been in quite a few films and never, in my opinion, a bad one.

Michael Caine.

Now I think he's great but he's been in more shit films than I've had hot dinners. And he always plays the same part.

You may be able to get out of this one with the "Days of Thunder" defence.

I'd agree with Christian Bale. What about Guy Pierce?

Jeff Bridges? Marlon Brando? Kevin Spacey?

I'd also probably agree with Brad Pitt.

Clive Owen, even though he plays/is a dick in some of his films, the film's still good.
