Home from a lovely ride this afternoon, and did the usual "Hmm, I'm starving! I'll see what's in the fridge."
Padrón peppers. A whole packet of the lovely little blighters.
Pan. Oil. Cook. Sprinkle with Maldon. Engage gnashers.
Not one of them was a hot one. NOT ONE!
Grrrr.
