Surely it's about time for
There already is a 'new' Airwolf, not bad too for a DIY effort:
part 1
part 2
Starbuck and Starbuck"
*kin' saved!
How did I not know that there's also a remake of Point Break coming out this year.
Kate Beckinsale at her hottest.
You've never watched Underworld, then?
I'm surprised they never made a follow up to Dr No.
9 1/2 Weeks => 11 1/2 Greeks

Yes. But then I made the mistake of watching Underworld 2,3 and 4 or 5. Anyway, I prefer the jeans and sweatshirt look of the older Kate.
I preferred Jessica Biel. Shocking film, despite the hotties.
A Goonies remake was confirmed last year*

Neither brought anything new to the story that the originals lacked
What? New Robocop was a completely different film!
I thought the new Robocop was better.
brakes
I thought the new Robocop was better.
Jesus wept. Not that I will ever agree with you on any level, but I must ask what makes you say that?
... but only in the New Testament reboot.
I thought the new Robocop was better.
Please justify that statement.
Also apparently there's a reboot of Escape From New York on the way
Oh Sam Rockwell is in it? Actually keen...
Beaten to it.
Actually that doesn't look too bad.
Also apparently there's a reboot of Escape From New York on the way
In true John Carpenter style that was done with Escape from LA.
Who's that between Trish Helfer and Grace Park?
Number 3. Lucy Lawless, Xena Warrior Princess iirc
That Mad Max looks proper, proper good
I confess that I too preferred the remakes of Robocop and Total Recall
I confess that I too preferred the remakes of Robocop and Total Recall
Please explain? Both of these remakes were boring & overly glossy compared to Paul Verhoeven's originals in my opinion...

Hah- watched the whole thing, I had no idea.
I just thought the remakes were much better. The original Robocop was like a bad comedy. I really didn't want to watch the remake but the wife put it on Lovefilm. I watched and really enjoyed it. We watched the original a few weeks ago. The wife had never seen it before and was that impressed she fell asleep.
"Ferris Beuller Comes Out",is all I got at the mo....(Shave Ferris!).... ๐

AS one of my favourite films of all time, I have mixed feelings about that.
WOULD like to see reboots of
Sapphire and Steel
Blakes 7
Actually liked rebooted A Team ๐ณ

Bugger, so it is! Didn't regognise her with lighter, shorter hair, and she looks a bit thinner in the face.
Grace looks a bit... understated next to the other two, especially Ms Helfer.
But then, who wouldn't? ๐

She keeps popping up, last time was on an Aussie TV drama.
and not to be a pedant

But if you are going to use a DM link at least read it... Sequel not remake
There's going to be a remake of Scarface.
Not good.
Noooo.
As an aside, with a 3yr old Fireman Sam has rceently become a favourite of his. The new ones are just utter garbage compared to the old ones. Handily found the first series of the old ones on Amazon Prime so I can relive being a kid and not have to put up with CGI shite.
There's going to be a remake of Scarface.
I've been mourning all day since I heard.
I can understand some remakes but not that. It was set, created and filmed in the very era when Cocaine wars were at it's worst.
Apparently one of my favourite films has a remake on the way: Near Dark. It'll be shit.
Hmm... have you seen 'Let The Right One In' (Scandinavian original) and the 'Let Me In' (American remake)..?
'Near Dark' is one of my favourite films too.
There is, apparrently, going to be a re-boot of Blue Thunder, or at least some talk of it.
Drones, instead of hekilopiters.
How will they fit Roy Scheider in a drone? <edit oops he died 2008>
Terrahawks
Who would play Zelda?
Ulysses 31
Mysterious Cities of Gold
The Centurions
Commando - **** yeah, do it do it, except all grey and gritty this time with no humour ๐ ๐ Bennett probably my favourite baddy of all time!!
Joseph Gordon-Levitt confirmed for live action fraggle rock...
Even the word 'reboot" makes me ... gnnnnnnnarrggggh!
Alan Alda was asked for his thoughts about a reworking of M*A*S*H. IMO he says it all:
โNo. We did the best we could and our time has past and what we did should be left as it is. Iโd hate to see it raked over again. Somebody said they wanted to do a remake of Wizard of Oz. Thatโs nuts!โ
you do know that scarface (Al Pacino) is a remake of the 1932 original ?
and ET is the story of jesus remade as an alien (I went to the cinema, my mum cried and I didn't, I was 5)

Jesus rode a BMX? Respect.
There's going to be a remake of Scarface.
Wasn't the Al Pacino Scarface a remake anyway?
