If I had / could drink six pints, I'd probably need an ambulance, or at the very least a translator.
Can anyone actually drink 12 pints at one session ?.
I can catergorically state that the answer to this is yes. Witnessed my mate drink 14 pints in two hours when we were younger. He proceeded to chuck it back up every 5 yards for about 150 yards walked but he kept it down for 15 minutes.

But, I'm still amazed he did it.

Infact, there isn't room in my body for that volume of liquid or most of it.

Pretty much in that order, to be honest. Non-smoker has to be on the list somewhere as well, there's no bigger turn-off for me.
