Used to drink most evenings, just a glass of wine or two, perhaps a cold beer on a summer evening, nothing much really.
Just decided to stop 3 months ago (working with drinkers and drug-users put me off a bit!).
Feeling really good and don't miss is at all (the last few pounds I wanted to shift are falling off too!)

I have a month or two off every so often, really helps keep the weight stable, and after a few weeks i can actually [i]feel[/i] myself getting more intelligent ๐
