....without bikes but with a car. What to do? We've kind of decided on the Giant's Causeway and the Titanic museum. Is there anything else you've done and loved?

Cheers,

Chris.

If you'er going to Giant's causeway (and I would) you might want to test your nerve on the Carrick-A-Rede rope bridge

In that area, Bushmills Distillery. Great tour. Take the coast road from Belfast up north, fantastic scenery.

Titanic is worth a visit too. Crown Bar in the city centre is good for atmosphere & just opposite the most bombed hotel in Europe. Probably safe enough now though.

Wherever you go, enjoy

Hire a bike and check out one of the new trail centres?

Dunluce Castle is just along for Carrick-A-Rede too. Second the Bushmills tour, a bottle of 1608 is a recommended purchase if that's your thing.

Don't waste your time with the new trail centres. You need to sample the riding properly with a tour round all the natural stuff. 24 hrs wouldn't be enough.

If you're going from Belfast to the Giants Causeway and the weather is good take the coast road in at least 1 direction. It's a bit longer but worth it for the view.

Yes, agree with all of the above.

Also, if you get chance, the views from Cave Hill over Belfast can be very nice.

I'd give the bush mills visit a miss if time is short - much like any other industrialised food producing tour if you've seen one before. The Antrim Coast road has to be one of the best drives in the UK, awesome.
