Missed the first bit because I Was out riding but it seemed to be all about people hurting themselves on two wheels last night.

I thought the kid who broke his back off road motorbike racing seemed remarkably positive about his future. Hope he maintains that attitude as time goes on - for me it would probably be the only way to avoid deep depression about all the might have beens as time went on.

Sat with my wife hearing the bloke who face butted a car saying 'you have to slow down as you get older' 'time to take up golf' etc when he didn't look much older than me got me a few sideways glances...
