Likes to impose himself a bit too vocally but he's running the game well here (IMO). Hasn't got anything blatantly wrong yet.

Cracking second half. I don't think Wales can have any complaints. They did nothing in the second half. RSA dictated it and you can't defend like that for a whole half of rugby.

Have you never met a welshman?

That's about what I thought would happen. Seems Wales did as well as they could. Fit, determined, composed*, but lacking that little extra from the first choice players.

Was that SA try a bit of a Welsh cock up? No defenders back there...?

* apart from the penalties...

Cuthbert got sucked in leaving it open.

Pity that it came from a breakdown where Wales should have been given a penalty, not a SA scrum. (You can't just roll over a player with the ball and lie there.)

What a game. Am gutted as it was so close but the second half performance by the SA forwards was extraordinary.

Very proud of the Welsh effort this tournament. Now, bring on the rest of the matches.

Look, no consolation, but to get where they did with a smashed up squad was bloody unbelievable. Beaten by the better side today, but jeez, only just. Who knows where they'd have got to without having to rely on call-ups.

EDIT: I see IJ has been the first to blame the ref. Thank Christ Barnes isn't Irish. ๐Ÿ˜€

+1 with a lot of players missing and not fit, I thought it was going to be a rout.

He isn't Irish? Damn! He's a fine ref then. ๐Ÿ˜†

Didn't I predict it would be SA by 6 points btw? ๐Ÿ˜ฏ

So, an Englishman and a Welshman walk in to a bar.....

Surely the Welshman would limp into the bar, the Englishman would swagger in arrogantly waving his platinum credit card!! The Scotsman had just downed his pint and run off to get his kit ready as he is now allowed to play, and the Irishman is having a few pints of Guiness instead of a protein shake before his game tomorrow.

The Aussie is serving, obviously.

The home nations summed up quite well there, except the Englishman isn't waving a card about,he is hammered as he has been there a week longer.
Thank you; try the fish!

France by a score, don't know why but I am expecting a scrappy unstructured game with some individual brilliance by some french player to seal it near the end

Missed the first half, but cracking second half. Again, proud of the boys, come on Ireland and Scotland!

Oh and my prediction, much as I'd love France to win, nz by 15

Bench killed us, the players who can on just didnt make an impact. Also Anscombe tired visibly and we had no one to bring on. Some of his kicking went to shit second half. Fair play though he gave it everything. Just think if we had 1/2p at 15 and Loopy Liam at 14 we could have won the aerial battle....if if if...bollocks!

Biggar really, really didn't want to come off did he?

Wales beaten by the better team in the 2nd half.

Buggerity, bugger.

Be interesting to see if the all blacks can step it up after cruising and looking very scrappy by their standards, but I guess the best teams save their best for the championship rounds, but you never know,if you had to pick a team upset them then france certainly have history in doing it.

Goes without saying, I want a Southern Hemphisere win.
But, I'd much rather we where gonna face France in the Semis..

So the French are having their kicks charged down and missing easy kicks, that means they will either fall apart or do something ridiculous and win.Who knows which one that will be.

Well we rolled out Kapa o Pango so that shows we are taking it seriously. ABs need to seriously up the handling and break France early, I'm saying we will win by two clear tries.
