Been given a cock and hen by a friend. Have been hung for 10 days. I wont eat them so if you want them and can arrange collection or something i.e at GT / Pentlands / Inners tomorrow, then get in touch. Shame to waste them.......

why the hell wouldn't you eat them? Pheasant is far superior to chicken, have the breasts with chickpea, chorizo & savoy cabbage, a bit of veal stock to deglaze the pan and make your gravy. mmmmm I'm hungry now!!

I think 2 is a 'brace'. If we lived near I'd definitely have them.
would it not have been easier to say "No thanks, I won't eat them" to your mate than try and give them to a random stranger on a bike website? 😕
