A Toshiba 22" with dvd among other FINGS

We got one from costco for about that, it's OK as a bedroom TV, you can see the backlight across the top of the pic but for occasional DVD's in bed its good enough.

Sainsbury's and Tesco had pretty identicaly spec'd ones for identical prices as well.

I bought a the Samsung below last year. A bit over your budget but worth the cash.

Whichever Samsung matches the price.

I bought a 24" Akura a while back for my lads room from Makro, 1080p and all that. Excellent unit for £150, brilliant for Xbox and it has a DVD built in.
They also had a 22" for slightly less.
