This is a really tough category. All technically very good, do I vote for the photographer whose pics I'd choose to put on my wall, or one of the photographers that captures the emotion and energy of the big events?
I'm not sure if its the subject matter but nothing in the selection of photos shouts 'great photo' at me (except maybe a couple of Pete Scullions). I see stuff regularly in the readers 'Weekend' and 'Midweek' threads that look as good (sometimes better). I admit to not being that fussed about Rampage these days so maybe that influences my view.
