I'd like to nominate my girlfriend, Jill, in the missing category of "Personal hero".

Whenever I have a dose of the "CBA" she gives me a ruddy good hard "influence" to get off my arse and get out on the trails with her and enjoy what time we have on this planet.

It sounds a great award.

Interested though that this got picked up (and I'm glad that it did) but nothing about National Bike Week, which seems to have been a missed opportunity again.
