I’m experience issues on a Zwift/Direto combo, seems just drop measuring cadence and power whether using Erg or not, fluctuates a bit. Then goes back to normal after a few mins, then repeats. It seems to coincide with a large Zwift update a couple of weeks ago.
Ive serviced the 5yo Direto to no effect, I’m wondering if it’s on the way out…

Not had any problem with my Direto on Zwift - that's on a pc.
What have you tried to resolve?
You could try a different device to run Zwift on? You use a laptop, don't you? You could load it on a phone or tablet and see if you get the same problem.
You could try a different app on the same device to see if it's still a problem. Most apps have a free trial option. Trainer road, Rouvy, fulgaz, Xert etc
Have you looked at your Zwift log files on Zwiftaliser to see if there are any obvious dropouts?
