I paused my Zwift account but it's going to be re-instated in a couple of days, but I'm not ready to re-start and it doesn't look like theres an option to pause again.

Instead, it looks like I have to cancel.

I'll almost certainly re-start Zwifting so is there a downside to cancelling versus pausing?

Can't see any specific difference on the Zwift website...

Also, when re-starting, does your billing cycle start from that date or are you dropped back into your old billing cycle?

I don't think it makes much difference according to this article here:

Your billing date will be on whatever date you restart it and you can only change it by cancelling and restarting. Makes no difference to your account at all, I do it over summer most years.

Yeah, just cancel and restart when you're ready, I've just kicked mine off again after cancelling it in April. All my 'progress' to date has been saved, it just picks up from where I left off.

Bit of a glitch though - you can't update the billing address on the DD when you restart, we've moved house since. Doesn't seem to affect anything though (because there's no concept of a billing address on a DD as far as banks are concerned)
