Morning guys,

I'd like to download some of the zwift workouts and upload them into training peaks. Does anyone know if this is possible and how you would do it?

I don't mean post workout. I'd like to upload them all to my training plan going forward.

Cheers

You can do it manually by dling the .FIT file and manually uploading to TP or it can be automatically synced everytime.

Go to your zwift account on-line - settings - connections and share the permissions. Similar to how it would be shared to strava

Thanks but what I'm trying to do is get hold of the workout files within one of the zwift training plans and upload them to TP for the rest of the year so I can see how my planned workouts will affect my CTL etc.

Does that make sense?

There's a few resources for viewing all the workouts in the zwift plans, but can't find anywhere that provides the files.
Might have to create them manually as custom workouts in TP?

Yes, it does make sense.

Does each workout have an expected TSS against it? The ones in TrainerRoad have a TSS against each workout, assuming you complete it correctly.

For predicting CTL, you just need the expected TSS, you don't need the details of the intervals.

Ah thanks Beej, yes I know the expected TSS from each of workouts so I'll add that to TP. Cheers fella

What beej says, PMC just works off TSS. I just enter the hours and TSS (which then kind of dictates the intensity) when I'm doing planning in TP. I tend to do it by doing a week, then copying a week at a time and tweaking the TSS, works ok if your weeks are fairly similar though it would be nice if there was a way to just load a plan. I think you can do what you want to do if you go for one of Training Peaks plans so maybe there is a file format that'll allow you to do what you want.

Job done. I've uploaded the duration and TSS for 12 weeks worth of workouts. It's nice to see a forecast of CTL / Fatigue etc. I've only just started using Training Peaks so I'm still discovering it's features!
