Ztto have their own store on Aliexpress if dealing with unruly suppliers is your concern.

ZTTO store and staff on Ali express are good. I'd certainly consider ordering from them in the future. I ordered one of their cassettes, had some compatibility issues and got a full refund and free return very easily. You return to a london address so I assume they get combined and put on a boat back in bulk.
that's a good price - about what I paid for the two I've got fitted (most now over £20 on Ebay).
But...personally I think the Bontrager Elite lever is a better buy (for £22). much lower profile and less likely to take chunks out of your knees, integrates with Sram and Shimano levers too (at least images now seem to include a shimano bracket - I don't think mine came with that part)
