Anyone biked in Zermatt in august..
Im going to be passing first week in august and keen to bike there, but there are a lot of reports of it being a nightmare with walkers at that time of year?
Anyone been at that time with any advice? Dont want to spend a forune on a days pass to find im walking everywhere?
Anyone been to Crans Montana?
Looking for long singletrack runs rather than full on park stuff...

I did a week of riding in Zermatt 10 years ago. We got the odd moan (mainly from German walkers). But we had good guides who knew where and more importantly when to ride.
Check for lift closures at Crans. The lift to Plain Morte is closed currently.
I'm interested in uplift logistics in Zermatt, we're heading there in a few days.
