YT Capra AL 2 or Rose Uncle Jimbo 2

I've finally got the funds to splash out on a Capra AL 1 or Uncle Jimbo 2 but I can't decide which one. I've heard great things about both bikes. They both seem to have similar specs but one is shimano and the other sram. Has anyone ridden any of these to recommmend?

I'd go with whichever one is Shimano but that's just me.

....I know full well that's the Jimbo actually.

I'd happily get one, bit different, last time I was at BPW every other bike was a Capra.

With all the issues with the carbon capra I'd be reluctant to buy a first batch ally one to be honest

Have got the uj you can spec anything on it so you choose scram or shimano, likewise fox or rockshox
Get a demo or either, I'm 6 foot on an xl
