Regardless of what caused the initial collision he drove along for 90 metres with this chap on his bonnet before ramming him in to a tree FFS.
I cross paths with several mini-cab drivers on my commute, on regular school runs & they will literally drive at you. It's not uncommon to see them with a mobile in hand as they drive someone's kids to school. The cab firms practically laugh at you when you report them, & the Police & council seem equally unintrested.
