Meeting a mate of mine and going for my first ride in around 5 weeks due to injury 
Bike was out in the garden on the workstand today, had a check over and full wash and oil.
Excited isn't the word! Middle finger to crashes and injuries, woooooo for recovery! 😀

Haha scaredypants, I'm trying to avoid anymore injuries! I came off at Llandegla, ruptured a ligament in my shoulder. Not good!
ah, shoulders [i]are[/i] shit - my wife's is still not right 3 months in (mind, she's not doing her physio exercises)
