I am heading up to Yorkshire Dales this weekend, will be near Grinton. Good riding round there?

Yes, excellent riding.

Run by a nice guy (Stuart I think) who will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. The area is overloaded with Bridleways.

Just come back from a weekend skills course with Dales Bike Centre. Speak to them they are very helpful and will advise you on the best routes for your ability. They even printed a map out for me too.

Yes I can def recommend the centre also. Stuart and the guys there are great. You have definitley gotta try some of the home made cake.

Simonb glad you got home ok. I was shattered when I got home after a great but knackering weekend.

Stu Price is the guy, he'll sort you out with really good rides. The advice on cakes above is spot on. Ask him about Apedale.

Perhaps I didn't find the best bits but I found the trails a bit wide and straight. Some big climbs and very picturesque. One of the other blokes I went with liked it but it wasn't really my cup of Yorkshire tea.

I found this [url=

Do you think it sums the area up?
