Any MTB riding to be had?
Heading over for a bit of windsurfing, is it worth taking the bike too?
Not found much.
Bits of the coastal path are fun, but it's cheekier than Barbara Windsor's bum.
Llandwyn Island/Newborough Forest can be good fun.
Road riding is great - you can do a great 70 mile circular just following the signed cycleroutes.
very windy place, dont expect the wind to be with you on the way back if fighting the wind on the way out.
Holyhead Mountain has some good trails and steepish rocky hills.
but it's cheekier than Barbara Windsor's bum.
LOL ๐
that's a quote I'll have to remember
@Project - bloody hope so or the windsurfng kit will be redundant too!!! ๐ฏ
I saw a link somewhere to some proper man made stuff on Anglesey but for the life of me can't remember where! I'll try and find it.
Try googling Coed Mor, not sure it''a really what your after but it's a start!
Below the menai bridges, the ones you go over onto anglesey, dont forget theyre now both toll bridges, welsh id card go free, english windsurfers need to pay a fiver each way per person in vehicle, plus a pound for each bike each way.
LOL.
@Project - non-Cheshire/Mac reg plates - we should be ok! ๐
Survived a week without getting the bikes off the van.
However, we dod get out in the water every day - good waves at Cable Bay and SUPing at Rhosneigr today was brilliant - thanks for the pointers but the waves were too good to miss.

Really? When did that happen?
Menai and Britannia bridge are free
I think it was a subtle troll?
I am on Anglesey right now and the last think I would have brought is an mtb.
I did bring the road bike, but haven't used that either, too bloody windy
Is 'Surfwind' in Rhosneigr still trading?
