OK, it has 2 wheels but is it really a 'bike'?

From an etymological perspective, if it has two wheels, it is indeed a [b]bi[/b]cycle. If it encourages more use of bikes as transport, that's a good thing.

It looks pretty unstable, wouldn't like to ride one in traffic.
