Hi all,
Apart from colour (2011 white,blue,black, 2012 black only), is there any other difference. From pics, it appears possibly a different headset set up ?
Anyone confirm ?

Evening, apart from the all black colour the only difference is 2012 takes an Inset headset rather than external cups, still tapered tho 🙂

Kinger,is the length of headtube still the same regardless of the inset ?

Heatube will be a few mm shorter I reckon as aim is to give a lower front end by using the Inset headset
