Struggling to fit them on the XTR pod as I think you've got to undo the allen key bolt, which should release the clamp but then there's another screw which you can only get too if you open up the pod, when I opened the pod to get to the screw I've knackered the springs and can't get it back together, so I've got a new one on its way but don't want to knacker that up. Has anyone fitted these before?

Fitted a set a couple of months back, be sure you have the correct ones(9 & 10sp are different), can't see how you've got involved in damaging springs though.
