Does anyone know if this is a sale for the whole bb or just the cups?

It's for everything, cups , sleeve and spacers. Everything you need for hollow tech 2

No better than XT ime, looks the same inside. Just a different cup colour.
Maybe better bearing material / finish but same sealing level and durability, ie not a great deal.

I bought some from Rose about a year ago on the principle they were cheaper than Deore in the UK so what was the downside?
They have been fine as you might expect

I bought a saint BB from Rose. The only minor draw back was delivery times, but for £13 all in, you will not hear me complain.

Lighter seals apparently so more crap than a normal shimano.
