Does anyone have a link to somewhere where these are in stock at a reasonable price, can only find long/medium cage.

AFAIK the only short cage 10sp MTB rear mechs made by Shimano are Zee and Saint

This is the shortest cage that they do for the xt.

It's not as short as a zee or a saint.
