[Closed] XT Shadow+ 10 Speed Mech clutch broken

I hear that to is a common problem but the tensioning piece (collar?) on my XT clutch mech broke. I'm talking to CRC about the warranty but in the mean time, has anyone made any inspiring home-made fixes?
