Does anyone know if a 10speed xt mech will work with a 11 speed xt cassette and 11speed shifter?

Why not just sell your 10 speed mech and buy the 11 speed?

No it wont... at least not right anyway. The movement of the mech is different on 11 speed to a 10 speed mech. Ive not tried it but I _think_ a 10 speed will move too far with each shift.
