Excuse my ignorants,
I have been using a steel Sram 1150 cassette which is still going strong.
That cassette was 75 quid.
I take it that the Sun Race cassettes only fit Shimano free hubs?
What about Bolany as they are 20 quid on ebay?
Is there anything good and cheaper that will go on an XD driver?
Not sure about the fitment of the Sunrace however -
The Sram 'GX' 11 speed casette you have is pretty renowned and popular for being just about the longest lasting and best value of all the 11 speed options - I'm on my 2nd, across a time period which might usually have seen me on number 4 if using Shimano etc.
When yours is eventually worn out, I'd highly reccomend just buying the same thing again. I've seen them for less than £75 I think in the past.
Sunrace make XD compatible cassettes, but they're actually more expensive than GX. As above, the SRAM GX cassettes are really good quality and last a long time, and they'll shift better than a Sunrace too - I'd consider them money well spent.
