[Closed] XC VTT near les diablerets Switzerland

I am lucky enough to be going to Switzerland next week.

Does anyone know Switzerland enough to tell me
1) if there are any good XC near Les dDiablorets or nearby?
2) If there are any sizable VTT centres near-ish by (say an hour or so drive) where I could hire decent bikes and get a day or so of riding in?
