Taking my bike to Geneva for a week in June. XC rather than anything tricksy. Any suggestions for routes/rides? Longer, the better.
cheers
I don't know the area, but you might find some routes on here

From the train station take the wee train that hikes up the mountain, Roche de ???? There is a cracking track all the way back down 😆
Bit foggy at the start!

This photo makes the terrain look flat, believe me when you let go the brakes you reached warp speed in no time ❗ 😆 Which was quite exiting bearing in mind we could`nt see more than 3-4 bike lengths in front of us and the ground was covered in marbles it seemed 😕

You are not far from places like Verbier or Chatel where I was last year. I am no dh god but enjoyed my first visit and the joys of lift assisted riding. Plenty of easy rides and xc to be had.

Brill. Cheers.
Trekster - do you mean the Rochers de Naye? That goes from Montreux which is a fair way down the lake from Geneva..
There is a cablecar outside Geneva that goes up the Salève and there are meant to be trails at the top and back down.

If you have a car then just north of Lausanne there's an activity centre called Chalet a Gobet with a dedicated MTB route. It's a 10km loop with two optional 5km additions.

I do 😆
We were in a minibus so I had no idea where we were ❗ We drove over from Chatel.
